Virtual Paleoanthropology Collection

The Virtual Paleoanthropology Collection is an exhibit created by the EAL for the purposes of helping courses including ARCP204: Intro to Archaeology, ARCP203: Ancient DNA, and more. The exhibit displays a range of hominins throughout evolutionary history. The collection includes 3D scans of hominin fossil casts from Bones Clones that are part of the Archaeological and Anthropological Collections.

3D Scanning Collection

The EAL works to create 3D models of the collections. Digitization allows for the accessibility of osteological specimen and the Archeology and Anthropology Collections (AAC).
